For Indian exporters
Your export money, home on time.
Exporo tracks every export invoice against the RBI’s realisation deadline, tells you which buyers to chase, and makes sure no RoSCTL, RoDTEP, drawback or IGST refund is left unclaimed.
No card needed for the trial. ₹1,499 a month after that, for your whole team.
Upload the shipping bill. Exporo does the bookkeeping.
Most export houses track receivables in Excel and find out about a missed deadline from the bank. Exporo keeps watch for you.
Drop your documents
Commercial invoice, shipping bill or bill of lading, as PDFs or phone photos. Add as many as you need, remove a wrong one any time.
Check the filled form
Buyer, value, currency, LEO date, shipping bill rate and incentives come out highlighted. Fix anything and save.
Exporo keeps watch
Due dates, the 9-month RBI window, eBRC and unclaimed incentives show up in one list every morning, with the next step for each.
Everything between shipment and money in the bank
Built around how Indian export finance actually works: shipping bills, AD banks, EDPMS, FIRCs and the schemes you’re owed.
Never miss the RBI deadline
Every invoice is counted from the export date against the 9-month rule (12 for rupee invoices). Exporo warns you weeks ahead and drafts the extension request to your bank.
Upload, don’t type
Drop the commercial invoice and shipping bill, or a photo of them. Exporo reads the buyer, value, LEO date, exchange rate and incentive amounts, and you check the highlighted fields.
Collect every incentive
Track drawback, RoSCTL, RoDTEP, IGST refunds and state schemes per shipment, from not claimed to claimed to received. Claims that stall get flagged.
Match money to invoices
Upload the bank advice and Exporo suggests which invoices it pays. Part payments, one remittance for several invoices, and advances before shipment all work.
Chase buyers politely
Ready-to-send reminders that get firmer as an invoice ages, and a statement of account per buyer that you can paste into an email.
Your whole export team
Invite your accountant and merchandisers. Everyone works in the same book; only owners manage people and billing. Each export house’s data is kept separate from every other.
One price for the whole export house
No per-user fees. Try everything free for 14 days; if Exporo doesn’t pay for itself with one recovered incentive or one avoided penalty, don’t subscribe.

Questions exporters ask
Who can see my invoices and documents?
Only the people in your export house. Each company’s data is kept separate by the database itself, and documents are stored privately. When you ask Exporo to read a document, it is sent to our AI provider for that one reading. The privacy policy lists everyone who handles your data.
Does it replace my CA or my bank?
No. Exporo keeps your records organised and reminds you of deadlines. Your bank still handles realisation, EDPMS and extensions, and your CA still files your returns. Exporo makes both conversations shorter.
Which rules does Exporo follow?
The RBI’s realisation period (9 months from export, 12 for rupee invoices, as amended from 1 October 2026), RoSCTL and RoDTEP as currently notified, and eBRC through DGFT. You can change the periods in Settings if your bank gives you different terms.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you don’t subscribe, your book becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted, and you can still view and export everything.
Can I bring in my existing Excel sheet?
Yes. Save it as CSV with our column headings (there’s a template) and import it in one go.
