Terms of service
1. The service
Exporo is software for tracking export receivables, realisation deadlines, advances and export incentives. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the export house you set up or join.
2. Accounts
Keep your password private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. The owner of an export house decides who joins it and is responsible for what its members do in Exporo.
3. Trial, subscription and cancellation
- Each new export house gets a 14-day free trial.
- After that, the subscription costs ₹1,499 a month, billed monthly in advance through Razorpay. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.
- You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve paid for; we don’t refund part months. See the cancellation and refund policy.
- If a payment fails, we keep the service running for 7 days while Razorpay retries. After that, your book becomes read-only until payment succeeds.
4. Your data
Your records and documents belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Exporo, as described in the privacy policy. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.
5. Important limits
- Exporo is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It is not legal, tax, accounting or foreign-exchange advice, and it does not replace your bank, CA or customs broker.
- Rules such as realisation periods and incentive schemes change. We update Exporo when they do, but you remain responsible for meeting your obligations.
- Details read from documents are suggestions. Check them before you rely on them.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t use Exporo to break the law, to upload anything you don’t have the right to share, to try to access another export house’s data, or to overload or reverse-engineer the service.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Exporo running all the time but can’t promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features; if we remove something you rely on, we’ll tell you in advance.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, missed incentives or penalties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
9. Ending the agreement
You can close your account any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we reasonably can. You can export your data for 30 days after closure.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ludhiana, Punjab have jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to us at exporo.in@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it.
