Cancellation and refund policy
Free trial
Every new export house gets a 14-day free trial with all features. We don’t ask for card details to start a trial, so nothing is charged if you decide not to subscribe.
Subscription
After the trial, Exporo costs ₹1,499 a month for the whole export house, charged monthly in advance through Razorpay by card or UPI AutoPay.
How to cancel
- An owner can cancel any time from Billing inside Exporo, or by emailing exporo.in@gmail.com.
- Cancellation stops future charges. You keep full access until the end of the month you’ve already paid for.
- After that your records stay available to view and export. Nothing is deleted unless you ask us to.
Refunds
- Because you can try everything free before paying, we don’t refund a month that has started, or part of a month.
- We refund in full if you were charged by mistake: a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge for the wrong amount.
- We also refund the latest month in full if Exporo was unavailable for most of that month because of a fault on our side.
- To ask for a refund, email exporo.in@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge, with your account email and the Razorpay payment ID.
- Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5 to 7 working days to show it.
