Shipping and delivery policy
Exporo is software you use online in your web browser. Nothing physical is shipped.
When you get access
- Free trial: access starts immediately after you confirm your email address.
- Paid subscription: access continues without a break as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a few seconds.
- Team members: people you invite get an email straight away and can start once they accept.
If something doesn’t arrive
If you don’t receive a confirmation or invite email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder, then write to exporo.in@gmail.com. If you paid but your account still shows the trial or a lapsed plan, email us your Razorpay payment ID and we’ll fix it the same working day.
